The Purpose Driven Lent: God’s Plan for My Happiness!
St. Monica’s Catholic Church Parish Mission directed by Father Shawn Aaron, LC, President of Southern Catholic College. Father Aaron is the oldest of four children. His family entered the Catholic Church when he was ten years old. In September of 1991 he entered the Legion of Christ. He recieved degrees in Philosophy and Theology from the Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum in Rome, Italy, where he was ordained a Priest on Christmas Eve, 2002. He has spent the last seven years in California as chaplain at Cat Tech and Cal Poly. He is a board member of two academy’s in California and most recently he was the retreat director of Our Lady of Santa Clara in Cupertino, California.
In this mission, Father Aaron will delve into the topics of “What is my purpose in Life?”, Selling ourselves Short!, and The Transforming Power of God’s Mercy!
